Close your eyes and remember the sun

Take a walk down by the riverside
It's fall and all the leaves have died
The air is crisp against your face
Whisking you away without a trace
Sometime soon you'll be immune
Unaffected by moving so soon
Take a look at where you've come
And into the place where you are from
And all of the eyes that have looked upon
The rising moon against the setting sun
When your feet grow tired and you have no strength
Dig them into the earth beneath
The roots you form will be the saving grace
