There is a sweet rotten tooth imbedded in the gums
Of the mouth of a hungry beast-like giant
Over indulging in the deadly sin of over indulging
In sex and carmel coated ice cream
In cigarettes and wine and dirty magazines
I've heard him roar a thousand times or more
To keep him happy is to keep him roaring
To run through the city and swing from the buildings
To terrorize the streets in an eloquent dance-like moving
One that flows from the body somewhat forcefully
This monster hides in his movement on his stage of city lights
Where the sweat on his body, on his powerful arms, makes them glisten, makes them shine
For one second in time, he had us all fooled he was beautiful
Into the darkness and out of the city lights,
Onto his next row of rotting teeth...
